Efrain Cirilo is a pastor, church planter, and network leader passionate about helping churches grow healthier and make disciples who multiply. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in the Bronx, New York, his story shapes his heart for reaching diverse communities with the Gospel. Efrain and his wife, Megan, began serving in ministry during their college years, and he now brings over 20 years of ministry experience to his leadership and teaching. He has spent the past 15 years serving in Texas, including eight years as Senior Pastor of a growing multi-site church in Kilgore.

In 2019, Efrain was called to Conroe, Texas, to plant a gospel-centered, multiplying church. Through partnerships with the Houston Church Planting Network, Stadia, and Texas Ministries, the church launched with more than 400 people in attendance on its first Sunday. In addition to pastoring, Efrain actively coaches and equips church planters and leaders, helping launch multiple churches and develop healthy ministry systems that lead to kingdom impact.

He currently serves as the State Pastor for Texas Ministries, where he equips, supports and strengthens pastors and churches across the state.

Efrain and Megan live in Conroe, Texas, with their three children—Grace, Josiah, and Anna.
