EFRAIN CIRILO

‍State Pastor at Texas Ministries

Efrain Cirilo is a pastor, church planter, and network leader passionate about helping churches grow healthier and make disciples who multiply. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in the Bronx, New York, his story shapes his heart for reaching diverse communities with the Gospel. Efrain and his wife, Megan, began serving in ministry during their college years, and he now brings over 20 years of ministry experience to his leadership and teaching. He has spent the past 15 years serving in Texas, including eight years as Senior Pastor of a growing multi-site church in Kilgore.
In 2019, Efrain was called to Conroe, Texas, to plant a gospel-centered, multiplying church. Through partnerships with the Houston Church Planting Network, Stadia, and Texas Ministries, the church launched with more than 400 people in attendance on its first Sunday. In addition to pastoring, Efrain actively coaches and equips church planters and leaders, helping launch multiple churches and develop healthy ministry systems that lead to kingdom impact.
He currently serves as the State Pastor for Texas Ministries, where he equips, supports and strengthens pastors and churches across the state.
Efrain and Megan live in Conroe, Texas, with their three children—Grace, Josiah, and Anna.

MONTE DILLARD

Interim General Director of Church of God Ministries, Inc

Pastor Monte L. G. Dillard, Sr. is a devoted servant leader whose life reflects a deep commitment to both ministry and family.
Having previously served as the Senior Pastor of the First Church of God Christian Life Center in Evanston, Illinois, he now serves as the Interim Director of Church of God Ministries for the United Stated & Canada in Anderson, IN.
He shares his life and calling with his wife of nearly 22 years Tina, and they have 4 wonderful adult and young adult children.

SARAH ZASKE

Lead Pastor of Hope Chapel Co-Founder of Trellis

Rev. Sarah Zaske serves as Lead Pastor of Hope Chapel, a multi-site church in the Kansas City metro. Sarah is committed to helping raise the next generation of pastors and leaders and this vision is largely being fulfilled through Trellis, which she co-founded. Sarah holds her masters in mental health counseling and is currently completing her Doctor of Ministry degree at Wheaton College. Sarah has been married to her husband Jake for 24 years and together they are raising two teenagers - Caleb and Gracie.

The Greenhouse Experience is a 24-hour retreat designed exclusively for Trellis Coordinators and Students to rest, reconnect, and be refreshed following the Trellis Conference. Running from noon on Thursday, September 24th to noon on Friday, September 25th, this experience is a space for deeper connection with God and one another—like a greenhouse, it’s an environment where growth is nurtured and new life takes root. Through meaningful conversations, reflective practices, and shared meals, participants will leave grounded, encouraged, and re-centered for the season ahead. If you are planning to join us, be sure to include “The Greenhouse” add-on in your registration.
