Pathway Church
Pathway wants to prepare the next generation for more than a career path. We believe excellence in education extends beyond classes and curriculum to also developing character, creativity, and genuine community. We strive to develop students to live a life that is Humble, Hungry, and Spirit-led, to make the greatest eternal impact in the church and the marketplace.
Pathway Church is located in Vero Beach, FL, where the beaches are limitless, the community is thriving, and the summer is endless.
Pathway Church has a vision to “be the church: restoring, raising up, and reaching out” in this generation. We accomplish this vision by abiding to the following ten values:
1. We are Christ-centered.
We love Jesus and desire to follow Him.
We point people to Jesus and His glory.
We prioritize what Jesus did: the Great commission, the great commandments, and prayer
2. We are spirit filled leaders.
We humbly seek His presence and prioritize prayer.
We desire the fruit of the Spirit to flow freely through our lives and leadership.
We raise up leaders by inviting, investing, and empowering.
3. We are relationally authentic.
We are authentic (in this order): with Jesus (vertical), with yourself (internal), and with others (horizontal).
We glorify God by speaking the truth in love and honoring one another.
We trust God and strive to be trustworthy.
4. We are wholly His.
We strive for integrity and Holiness.
We care about the whole person.
We give Him our first and finest.
5. We are bridge builders.
We each have a “plus one.”
We are Kingdom minded and collaborate with other like-minded churches and ministries.
We major on the majors and minor on the minors.
6. We unite around clear vision.
Jesus is the head of the church and gives clear vision through prayer and scripture to leadership.
We unite under God affirmed vision and practice mutual submission.
Unity requires coming under authority and being adaptable to support others as needed.
7. We are lifelong learners.
We are hungry to grow with the Lord.
We are hungry to grow as leaders.
We are focused on multiplying disciples.
8. We aim for excellence without excess.
Everything we do is an act of worship for Him (Col. 3:17).
Creativity more than the budget fuels what we do.
The experience is not the point, the point is to experience Jesus.
9. We enjoy the journey.
We make the most of the moment.
We give thanks and find the fun.
We sabbath.
10. We are family.
We love your family because they are our family too.
We believe we are better together and bring our best to help one another.
